In contrast to the Tsunami Silver, the Tsunami Gold is a somewhat heavier all-round suit, which is therefore particularly suitable for throws and grappling. The material is quite strong. At 14 ounce in weight the Tokaido Tsunami Gold is made of a cotton-linen mixture. It is roughened on the inside for optimal comfort. The cut is referred to as the modern European cut with long arms, long legs and skirt. This will certainly ensure great freedom of movement and comfort whilst performing Kata or Kumite. This gi is heavy duty and can be used for any form of training. Ad-free which means it comes free of trademark embroidery or logos on the back of the jacket / neck and chest. This make it suitable for traditional dojos and some courses.
